Beko Terms and Conditions

This prize draw is managed, controlled and administered by Beko alone and any correspondence concerning this promotion should be directed to Beko.
This prize draw is only open to current residents of the UK mainland.
This prize draw is NOT open to employees of Beko, or any agency connected with this prize draw or family members of any of these organizations.
You must be over 18 to enter this prize draw and only one entry per household can be accepted.
The closing date for the prize draw is 30th July 07. The judges cannot accept responsibility for late entries. Proof of sending email or postcard is not proof of receipt of entry. Entry cannnot be accepted if all details are not provided.
There will be five prize draw winners, each winning a Beko AP930 Side-by-Side Fridge Freezer.
The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize draw winners are selected randomly by computer within 7 working days of the competition close date.
Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.
The prize is not transferable for cash.
Prizes will be delivered to the addresses provided by the winning entrants.
Prize images are merely an indication and may not exactly represent the prize offer.
Prizes can only be dispatched on confirmation of receipt of notification from the winner, who will be asked to confirm their postal address.
Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability an alternative prize of similar value and specification will be substituted.
All prizes must be claimed within 45 days unless otherwise stated. Thereafter the prize claim will be void. Void prizes may be redrawn and offered to another entrant or offered in another prize draw.
Beko reserves the right to redraw the prize draw winner if contact with the original winner cannot be made.
Entrants acknowledge that their entries may be released or displayed to the public by Beko or any agency connected with the prize draw and as sign all rights necessary for promotion, publication or of such entries to Beko. Winners agree to grant Beko or any agency connected with the prize draw the right to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without any additional compensation.
The prize draw shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
